Running over in a given month? Top up a pack rather than changing it: 1,000 emails for $30, 5,000 for $150, 10,000 for $300. Moving up to the next pack always costs less per extra email than topping up, so if you top up every month, change the pack instead.

Outbound emails never use AI actions; the pack pays for those separately, so nothing is charged twice.
