Meeting-transcript extraction counts as 5, since it's a heavier pass. Actions are pooled across your team, renew with your billing period, and don't roll over. Need more mid-cycle? An outreach email does not also debit an AI action: AI actions meter the in-CRM intelligence layer (NBA, qualification, insights, forecast), a separate pool. No double-charge.
